Four Beans Cafe & Roasting House
Four Beans is not only just a cafe but they also produce their own coffee under Beraldo Coffee, and supply to many businesses too. The cafe is a bit of a mini museum with giant machinery for grinding beans in the centre and smaller ones on display. And the coffee of course taste delicious!
The French Toast was prepared perfectly with very traditional flavour and nothing extravagant. It was very satisfying to have it made simply.
The Spanish Omelette was a bit ordinary, I prefer to have them fluffier. The chorizo was quite spicy!
The highlight was definitely the mushroom risotto, the rice exhibited such rich mushroomy flavours!
