Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart

Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart has introduced more flavours to their lineup, and the Chadstone branch also offers the PAFU pastries.

This time I tried the Yuzu and the Apple tarts. The Yuzu was delicious and had a zingy citrusy taste. The Apple wasn't anything unique as it was only topped with apple slices. The Original tasted delicious as always, and even better when microwaved for 10secs at home making the centre melty and creamy. I personally prefer this Malaysian brand rather than the original Japanese ones. The filling is more of a sweeter cream cheese, whereas the Japanese BAKED ones have a more savoury cheese flavour.
