Hot Star - 233 Swanston St
Hot Star offers more than just the large fried chicken, such as crispy mushrooms, sweet potato fries and crispy chicken skin.
I've tried the mushroom and the chicken skin, both with the salt and pepper seasoning so taste-wise it's the same. I really enjoyed the chicken skin which although was deep fried still retained a bit of a chewy texture.
