Kurimu



Another Japanese inspired dessert brought to Melbourne by the team behind Hokkaido Cheese Tarts and Pafu. This time it is a choux pastry that's almond coated with creamy custard filling. The filling is piped fresh, however the choux pastry freshness varies as it is prepared beforehand and put aside. The taste is pretty much the same as the ones in Japan.
