 ROASTED PORK BELLY $25

Thick cut yet tender and succulent meat, the skin was crunchy but not rock hard, and didn't leave too much stickiness in the teeth when bitten. The slaw and orange pieces really balanced out the rich flavour.

 BACON, CORN & POTATO HASH $17

The potato was cooked thoroughly with bits if corn, peas and bacon inside, the pickled eggplant added an extra layer of flavour. I think the dish would have benefited more if it was smaller patties to get more crunchy outer in. 

COCONUT PANCAKES $17

The pancakes had a lovely crumbly texture from the coconut used in the batter, and the vanilla butterscotch sauce made sure the dish wasn't dry. I wasn't too fond of the berries which weren't fresh, but the caramelised banana complemented well.
