Mister Margherita
I was honoured to be invited to dine as a guest at Mister Margherita.
The pizza joint was very lively on a Friday night, with Frank Sinatra tunes flowing into the warm spring air, so we chose to sit outside. We sampled a variety of dishes to experience what mister Margherita has to offer the locals.

GAMBERO $20.50
A well balanced pizza with sauce, mozarella, garlic marinated tiger prawns, fior di latte and chill flakes. I opted to have the chilli flakes on the side to adjust the spicy level. The prawns were delicious and had bouncy flesh. Pizza crust was baked to achieve a similar firmness of woodfire pizza.
RISOTTO $19
Chill garlic prawn, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. The seasoning was on the peppery side, the risotto was well cooked and fluffy.

PORK RIBS (ONE PERSON) $22
The ribs were fall off the bone tender with sweet bbq sauce to enhance the flavour, however there was a lack of smokiness. Coleslaw helped balance out the rich meaty dish.
I'll definitely be back for more being one of the locals! (No more UBEReats pizzas!)
