The Souffle

The Souffle is located in the entrance of another Asian grocery store in Little Lonsdale St. 

I ordered the Creme Brulee and unfortunately it came out with the centre being very foamy and wet (not fluffy) tasting like uncooked batter. I see some mixed reviews in Zomato, and maybe I got a bad batch. I know it was a leftover from someone else's big order they were making before they took mine. Souffle pancakes do require time and patience to make, so I'm not surprised the big order made them rush the cooking process.

Even so I'm not keen to try my luck again, especially after the souffle experience at White Mojo S.
