ULTIMATE UNI BOWL $69
A special menu item that utilises expensive and premium ingredients consisting of uni, wagyu, foie gras, ikura roe with an onsen egg over rice. Each ingredient was high quality - the uni was tender and creamy with mild flavour, wagyu had a nice charred element. Foie gras was rich but quite sparse. The serving size was smaller than I expected. In the end I prefer the Toro bowl which is still rather expensive at $42.80, but a good treat on special occasions.
