There wasn't much wok hei flavour (the charred aroma from cooking in a high flame wok) and the egg gravy ratio was a bit high and watery, drowning the noodle. 

Overall a bland and unbalanced dish. I have had a different dish before so quality varies.

This particular food court eatery is always busy around lunch time, so I'll give other dishes a chance next time.
