Dumplings Plus - Emporium

TWO ROAST COMBINATION WITH RICE $13.80

The flavours for the meat were nice and balanced. The pork skin had a bit of a sticky and chewy texture with juicy meat segments. The duck did not have a lot of meat on it, but was still decent tasting. The rice was poorly executed as it was mostly hard and undercooked. Being served under-cooked rice at restaurants is quite common, however this was just a bit more than usual.

I ended up leaving 90% of the rice. 

I've also had their combination dumplings, prawn toast, and found the quality lower than the other Dumplings Plus branches. the combination dumplings were usually soft instead of having a crunchy outer.
