Sushi & Nori
Sushi Nori is located in the food court on level 3 at Emporium and operates as a sushi train as well. I've been to the sushi train once, the variety was quite lacking. The standard hand rolls for a quick lunch is so-so, flavours are not amazing, just enough to fill you up. I find their salmon sashimi to be their weak point, as it tends to be quite chewy.
