Uncle Tetsu - Melbourne Central
ORIGINAL BRULEE CREPE $8.90
Japanese style crepe filled with plenty of whipped cream, custard, fresh strawberries and Uncle Tetsu’s signature cheesecake, topped with a layer of caramelised sugar just like a creme brulee. The crepe was rather large to hold and required me to use my thumb to support it.
Overall very creamy and not too sweet with well balanced ingredients.
